Stop trusting in man, who has but a breath in his nostrils. Of what account is he?

Is 7:9b
If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.

I have read through a lot of history in 2Kings and 2 Chronicles, and some of it was very dry. These two verses, though, are good ones to remember. Put God first, and stand firm in your faith.
